Jake has a B.S. in Finance and a Masters in International Business from the University of Florida and is currently working on the CCIM designation as well as the Certified International Property Specialist designation.
While at UF he had the opportunity to participate in a Business Exchange program at the University of Manchester in England and complete a Masters in International Management Specialization at the number one ranked graduate business school in Europe, IE Business School, in Madrid, Spain. Jake has also served as the President of the UF Real Estate Society where he worked to expose students to the professional real estate community. Jake currently serves as the University Alliance Chair for CCIM's West Coast Chapter.
Jake is able to provide his clients with excellent valuation and analysis of their commercial income producing properties. His coursework at UF included: Fixed Income Security Valuation, Interest Rate Risk Management, Financial Statement Analysis, International Finance, Investment Decisions, as well as Construction Materials and Drawing.
Before joining KW Commercial Tampa Bay, Jake has worked as a CRE Advisor at Sperry Van Ness and as a real estate analyst in Tampa, FL. At SVN, Jake worked with other brokers to produce BPO's for land development projects, hotel/motel, office, and multifamily properties. Further, he represented retail tenants and landlords, analyzed lease structures, and initiated e-marketing campaigns as well as internal office strategies to make processes more efficient. Jake has also studied Wado-Ryu Karate since he was six years old.
